Inferne
The voice of one crying out in the wilderness.
The voice of one crying out in the wilderness.
There are so many struggles we deal with daily. Our faith in God should not be one of them. How do we not struggle with the deep concepts of God? The belief that God is master and has it all in hand is helpful and comforting.
As an author, I’ve long admired John the Baptist—his courage to cry out in the wilderness and awaken hearts to their need for God. His boldness inspires my own. My writing is an invitation to join that same holy calling: to lift our voices, point toward the Light, and urge a wandering world to return to the One who saves. Please join me in this endeavor to 'cry out.'
Why 'inferne,' you ask? Inferne is the Latin word for hell, but the term is much more than that. It’s a threshold word—one that carries the weight of a curse, the chill of a premonition, and the gravity of prophecy. It suggests a world where darkness is not merely a place but a consequence, and where the default choice echoes into realms unseen.
